Title: CC7 Consultant Contract for Cognos Corporation

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Cognos Corporation and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC7 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide the District a continuance of service with assistance in implementing and modifying software needed for the new release of the Data Warehouse schedule for July 1, 2006.  This is a contingency plan to ensure the delivery date is met.
