Title: CC6 Approve Amendment for Jorge Maldonado

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Jorge Maldonado and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC6 Changes made to the Agreement are as follows:

Increase the original consultant contract for Jorge Maldonado by an additional $7,000.00. 

Due to the disruption caused by the hurricane, the winter guard program had to be substantially rewritten.  The original number of hours contracted needs to be increased to maintain a competitive program.  The funding will be provided by the West Boca High Band Boosters.
