Title: FM1 Single Audit Report for FY 2005

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board to accept the Single Audit Report for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2005.

Description: The audit is a requirement of Circular A-133 of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), applicable to each major federal program carried at the School District.  It covers the areas of Compliance, Internal Control over Compliance, and the Schedule of Expenditures. 

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the School District.
