Minority Participation: 16.2% No. of Stories: 1 and 2 (existing) Construction Type: Terra Cotta and Stucco (existing) Gross Square Feet: 17,387 Budget Cost Per Square Foot: $294.90 Student Stations: 164 Budget Cost Per Student Station:$31,265.
