Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-095

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-095 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On February 8, 2006, student 05/06-X-095 was charged with Drugs/imitation/prescription (sale/distribution) while on the campus of Congress Middle School I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
