Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-107

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-107 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On March 14, 2006, student 05/06-X-107 was in possession of knife while on the campus of Roosevelt Community Middle.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
