Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-121

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-121 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On March 29, 2006, student 05/06-X-121 committed disruption of school/disorderly conduct and reported a bomb threat while on the campus of Forest Hill High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
