Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-084

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-084 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On February 23, 2006, student 05/06-X-084 was in possession/use of drug paraphernalia and possession/use of drugs/imitation drugs (2^nd possession; 1^st possession was on December 21, 2005) while on the campus of Western Pines Middle School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
