Title: CC3 Consultant Contract for Barbara Cox-Gerlock, PhD

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Barbara Cox-Gerlock, for $28,600.00, effective July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC3  The Consultant shall perform the following services: Serve as the Project Community Liaison for the integration of services between the Florida District IX Substance Abuse and Mental Health program office (DCF) and its contact agencies, the Department of Juvenile Justice and community funded behavioral health iniatives.  Consultant will support the development and evaluation of the School Based Teams.
