Title: CC5 Consultant Contract for Meagan Denise Weir

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract  with Meagan Denise Weir for $31,528.00, effective July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007,and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC5  The Consultant shall perform the following services: Perform all aspects of GIFT and Voice Server Technology that will be used in 19 middle and high schools for evaluations and surveys.  Additional duties will include producing and editing videos for a variety of projects including Character Education videos,  Parent to Parent TV programs, and Efficacy videos.
