Title: CC6 Consultant Contract for William A. King

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract  with William A. King for $36,700.00, effective July 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC6  The Consultant shall perform the following services: The Consultant will work with ten community middle school after-school programs in the Riviera Beach, Belle Glade, and Pahokee area.  Consultant along with targeted youth will produce a quarterly teen newspaper and a web-based newspaper.  The purpose of the newspaper is to enhance the visual arts, graphic design, creative writing, and critical thinking capacity of middle school youth.
