Title: South Florida Science Museum

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board adopt the resolution recognizing the School Board's partnership with the South Florida Science Museum and support of its Capital Campaign to build a new state of the art facility.

Description: The South Florida Science Museum has provided affordable science educational programming to students and families in Palm Beach County for 45 years. The Science Museum has worked with the School District of Palm Beach County to host field trips and create and deliver student science programs which meet Florida Sunshine State Standards and enhance School District science curriculum for all socioeconomic backgrounds.  The School Board of Palm Beach County has joined in a partnership with the South Florida Science Museum to support its Capital Campaign to build a new state of the art facility.
