Title: CP6 Renewal of Continuing Contract for Scheduling Consultants

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve the renewal of  Continuing Contract to PMA Consultants for Scheduling Services in the amount of not to exceed $300,000. for a period of one (1) year from September 22, 2005 through September 21, 2006.

Description:

Scheduling Consulting Services on a “Continuing Contract” basis for School District projects having construction budgets of less than $1,000,000, for study activity when the fee for such professional services does not exceed $50,000, or for work of a specified nature as outlined in the contract required by the District.

Approved Budget: $300,000.

Minority Participation: 15%

Financial Impact:

The financial impact is $300,000. The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
