Title: Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contracts with the Educational Based Services, Inc. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. Description: The consultant shall perform the following services: Provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic services to speech-language impaired students at designated school(s)/areas as per diagnostic referrals are received and IEPs indicate services. Complete testing planning, report test results, data collection, report cards and necessary paperwork as per district regulations.
