Title: CLS1 Approval of ARAMARK Final Expenditures Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board authorize the final expenditures between the School District of Palm Beach County and ARAMARK.
Description:
- At the April 20, 2005, Agenda Item AC2, the School Board approved the contract with ARAMARK to provide food service for the 4th Annual Educational Conference on Single School Culture held on June 2-3, 2005.
- Registration for the Single School Culture Conference exceeded the estimated 1000 participants by 300 participants.
- The final cost for the additional participants is $8,003.60.
- The registrations fees collected will cover the final costs of this Conference.
Financial Impact:
The financial impact is a decrease of $8,003.60 from the Department of Safe Schools/Safe Schools Institute budget.
