Recommendation:
I recommond the School Board approve the Law Enforcement Service Agreement between the School District and WHLS of Florida, LLC.

Description:

• The District agrees to provide alarm monitoring, a School Police Officer, and a Police Aide at Life Skills Atlantic, Life Skills Roosevelt Full Service, and Life Skills West Area.
• WHLS of Florida, LLC will pay the salary/benefits and equipment for the personnel and $250 per month for alarm monitoring.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the School District.
