Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-133

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-133 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On April 20, 2006, student 05/06-X-133 committed verbal assault to student/person and was in possession of a knife while on the campus of Boynton Beach Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
