Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-102

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-102 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On January 9, 2006, student 05/06-X-102 was Bullying/harassment/intimidating/threat, committed robbery, Trespassing, and physical battery on a student/person, while on the campus of Glades Central Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
