Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-112

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-112 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year without services.  On March 8, 2006, student 05/06-X-112 was charged with fighting, physical battery to student/person and possession of a knife while on the campus of Excel Alternative School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
