Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-116

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-116 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On February 17, 2006, student 05/06-X-116 was in possession of a firearm while on the campus of Royal Palm Beach High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
