Title: Recommendation: I recommend award of RFP 06C-004B to Catapult Learning and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all necessary documents. Description: P1 Request for Proposal No. 06C-004B, Provide Research Based Supplemental Academic Instruction to Students in Palm Beach County was evaluated by District staff. The recommendation is to award to the highest rated proposer, Catapult Learning. Catapult Learning will provide minority participation through sub-contracting services with minority vendors. Term of Contract: July 20, 2006 - July 19, 2009 Services to be provided include supplemental reading and/or math instruction to eligible students. Services will be provided at private school sites and institutions for neglected and/or abused children. Prices are firm for the first three years of the contract. Increase in price rates for the renewal period, if requested, must be approved by the School District.
