Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve the award of an Architectural Consultant Agreement with Zyscovich, Inc. in the amount of $1,006,250 f Description: Utilizing a permitted and constructed design as a prototype, the Work requires design services necessary to complete permitted design documents for construction of a 122,900 GSF, 960 student capacity, K-5 elementary school with related parking and physical education facilities. The new school shall be designed and constructed to allow for future addition of a 1458 student capacity middle school that will incorporate shared athletic fields with the County park site planned for the adjacent property to the south of the school site. Approved Budget for Planning and Design: $1,000,000. Approved Budget for Construction: $17,800,000.
