Title: CC1 Consultant Contract for Lane Carlee'

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Lane Carlee, for $30,000, effective August 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC1 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide tutorial services to selected students with disabilities.  Provide case management services for TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) students identified in schools.  Provide assistance in determining TBI eligibility for appropriate services.  Provide in-service for identified school and district staff.
