Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for Idea Integration

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Idea Integration, for $14,850, effective July 20th, 2006, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC2 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide upgraded software to enhance the District's existing E-Agenda program.  It will provide the needed enhancements requested by the Board Members.
