Title: AC10-Consider Approval of the Agreement to Provide Law Enforcement Services and Alarm Monitoring

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the Agreement for law enforcement services and alarm monitoring at South Tech Charter Academy, Inc.

Description:

• The District agrees to provide alarm monitoring, a School Police Officer, and a Police Aide at South Tech Charter Academy, Inc.
• The Charter School will pay the salary/benefits and equipment for the personnel and $250 per month for alarm monitoring.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the School District.
