Title: CS1-Termination of Corebridge Educational Academy

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board accept the voluntary termination of Corebridge Educational Academy effective June 15, 2006, and authorize the Superintendent or designee to sign all related contracts and documents.    

Description:

Corebridge Academy has requested its charter be terminated and the school closed effective June 15, 2006. 

A complete audit of the school's financial records is now in progress.  Outstanding issues will be addressed by the School District and the respective departments.

Financial Impact:
Financial impact to be determined after auditing has been completed.
