Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $57,135.00 for Description: This project modification contains the following item: § Additional Architectural Services in the amount of $17,135.00. § Description: Provide additional services to modify the drawings that serve to implement modifications and alterations to the main circulation driveway connecting the existing main entry driveway, the existing bus drop-off, and the new parent drop-off loop for the new § Cause: § Justification: The realignment is necessary because a building at the existing school previously scheduled for partial demolition will be retained. This building will be needed for the § Estimated Construction Cost is $40,000.00 Financial Impact: The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $57,135.00.
