						 Title: CP2-Amend the CM Agmnt for  Palm Beach Gardens High School Recommendation: 
I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Phase 1 Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Site Development and Underground Utility construction in the amount of $12,011,523 to James B. Pirtle Construction Company for Palm Beach Gardens High School, Project No. 1371-7506. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents. 
Description: This project will consist of Construction Management at Risk services required for phased construction to replace the existing school with a 2,560 student station facility.  Construction includes replacement of all existing structures including the stadium facility, athletic and practice fields.
