Title: CP1 Renewal of Continuing Contract for Traffic Study Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the renewal of continuing contract for one (1) additional year from October 20, 2005 through October 19, 2006, which will be the second term to MTP Group, Inc., Pinder Troutman Consulting, Inc., Simmons & White, Inc., and Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc.
Description: Firms will provide Professional Services to the District for projects in which construction costs do not exceed $1,000,000. for study activities when the fee for such professional services does not exceed $50, 000; or for work of a specified nature as outlined in the contract required by the District.
Approved Budget: $200,000.
Minority Participation: 15%
Financial Impact:
The financial impact is estimated at $200,000. The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
