Title: Recommendation: I recommend award of the consultant contracts with the DKH Consulting Services, Inc and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. Description: The consultant shall perform the following services: Complete the required evauluation of the U.S. Department of Education Smaller Learning Communities Grant to meet all federal requirements, including qualitative and quantitative reporting.
