Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contracts with Jerry Blanton  and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents

Description:

The consultant shall perform the following services:  To assist with the training, monitoring, technical assistance, follow up and consultation regarding the School Based Team process across district school centers.
