Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve the award of an Agreement for Construction Management at Risk Services and Pre-Construction Phase fees in the amount of $308,040. to Suffolk Construction Co., Inc. for Suncoast High School Replacement, Project No. 0151-7511 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents. Description: Construction Management at Risk Pre-construction Phase Services required for design review and recommendations to establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price for construction of a 1,500 student station high school facility of approximately 277,232 gross square feet in accordance with the educational specifications approved by the Board on August 17, 2005.
