Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for Community Child Care Center of Delray Beach

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Community Child Care Center of Delray Beach, for $40,312.00, effective August 17, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC2 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide non-certified staff, materials and support for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Program at Village Academy.  Integrate the target 21st CCLC students into the Beacon Center.

Authorized Amount this Request:   $40,312.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date:   $14,000.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval:  $54,312.00
