Title: CC5 Consultant Contract for For the Children, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with For the Children, Inc., for $40,312.00, effective August 17, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC5 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide non-certified staff, materials and support for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Program at Barton Elementary.  Integrate the target 21st CCLC students into the Beacon Center.
