Title: CC6 Consultant Contract for First Associates, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with First Associates, Inc., for $94,500.00, with services to continue through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC6 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide technical expertise for support of critical District projects including the Data Warehouse and the ERP.  Technical services provide continuity for the production e-Server (installation, upgrades, database support, disaster recovery, continued 24 x 7 availability of critical business and student systems) and support for one-time technology projects.  Evaluation: A weekly status report is furnished to the IT Directors for review and approval. (FY07)
