Title: CC3 Consultant Contract for Children's Home Society of FL

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Children's Home Society of FL, for $40,312.00, effective August 17, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC3 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide non-certified staff, materials and support for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Program at West Gate Elementary.  Integrate the target 21st CCLC students into the Beacon Center.

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date:   $9.950.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval:  $50,262.00
