o Justification: Power needed to maintain schedule.
§ COPR #1 (Item #3) for the addition of thirty-five (35) consecutive calendar days.
o Description: Supplier of precast concrete planks delayed the delivery of the planks due to Hurricane Wilma’s affect on him and his supplier’s facilities which also delayed installation of same.
o Cause: Unforeseen Condition.
o Justification: Concrete hollow core planks needed to remain on schedule.

o Description: This item represents additional time associated with the addition of cabling and ceiling mounted projectors.
o Cause: School District Requested.
o Justification: This item was added as a District standard after the completion of documents.
§ COPR #1 (Item #5) for the addition of three (3) consecutive calendar days.
o Description: This item represents additional time associated with the addition of conductor neutrals to several electrical panels.
o Cause: Design Omission.
o Justification: Conductor neutrals are required but are not included in the GMP documents.
