Title: CP2 Award Interior and Exterior Painting Bid for Old Atlantic HS Recommendation:
I recommend approval of contract award for Interior and Exterior Painting Bid at Old Atlantic High School in the amount of $198,500. to Fleischer's, Inc. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.
Description: The successful bidder will furnish, at their expense, all paint, labor, consumables, transportation, technical expertise, supervision, and equipment necessary for the total completion of Interior and Exterior painting of this school site, as described in the Bid Specifications and Summary section of the Bid Document.
Minority Participation: 15%
Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $198,500. The source of funds is the corresponding Capital Projects Budget.
