Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve the recommendation to terminate the Term Contracts for Debris Cleanup/Removal with Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. and D&J Enterprises and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.

Description:

Terminating Contract due to lack of response after Hurricane Wilma.
