Title: CP6 Revocation of Existing Prequalified Vendor

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board revoke the prequalification certificate for the following contractor(s) as per Board Policy 7.08, Board approved July 19, 2000, Item 8A-1.  These contractors have either chosen not to or have failed to update their financial statements or verification of bonding capacity on file with the School District annually pursuant to the uniform procedures and criteria set forth in Section 4.1(8) of the State Requirements for Educational Facilities.

Description:

Vendor decided not to renew annual prequalification.

There is no financial impact.
