Title: CC2 Educational Based Services Inc.

Recommendation:

I recommend award of the consultant contracts with the Educational Based Services, Inc., and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC2  The consultant shall perform the following services:  Provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic services to speech-language impaired students at designated school(s)/areas as per diagnostic referrals  received and IEPs indicated services.  Complete testing planning, report test results, data collection, report cards and necessary paperwork as per district regulations.

This item is a correction of previous language approved by the Board on 9/21/05.
