Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-141

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-141 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On May 15, 2006, student 05/06-X-141 committed physical battery on a student/person (with bodily fluids) and Other Major Incident while on the campus of Palm Beach Central High School on.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
