Title: P2 Consider Approval of a Grant Purchase for School Resource Officer Training

Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the purchase, installation, and maintenance of software and hardware from Bell South and Time 2 Market funded by a grant received by School Police in an amount not to exceed $177,593

Description:

• The School District received a  grant to purchase hardware  and software to provide on-demand and live training via local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) to School Resource Officers assigned throughout Palm Beach County.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is not to exceed $177,593 fully paid from grant funds received by the School District.
