Recommendation:
I recommend approval of  for Asbestos Abatement Services and authorize the RFP 06C-005N Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

P4  RFP 06C-005N for Asbestos Abatement Services

Services to be provided may include any and all services needed to provide asbestos abatement for the School District of Palm Beach County.  This includes all plant, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary or incidental for the proper completion of work.

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact to the Capital Fund Budget is estimated at $3,000,000.  The source of the funds is the Environmental Control Office.
