Title: CC12 Consultant Contract for PC Tech-Knowlogy, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with PC Tech-Knowlogy, Inc., for $38,500.00, effective September 21, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC12 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Prepare materials, provide technical workshops and customer support for the Student TERMS application.  Train IT staff and FTE Techs to assume the activities listed above.

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date:  $9,730.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval:  $48,230.00
