Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Smile Youth Services, Inc., for $4,390.00, effective September 22, 2006 through January 31, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC13A, B, C The Consultant shall perform the following services: Train teachers in the implementation of the Smile Writing Program.
