Title: CC3 Consultant Contract for Gulfstream Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Gulfstream Goodwill Industries, Inc., for $20,225.40, effective September 21, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC3 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide a complete individual evaluation for students with disabilities referred to the agency by the School District of Palm Beach County.  Evaluation results will be utilized to identify realistic vocational goals and identify ancillary support services and accommodations which may assist students in obtaining competitive employment.
