Title: CC4 Consultant Contract for Wilson Language Training

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Wilson Language Training, for $22,350.00, effective September 21, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC4 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Conduct Wilson start-up seminar/one day training followed by five teacher/student observations of approximately one hour in length and five implementation meetings with the training group throughout the school year.  Demonstrations, observations, verbal and written feedback will be provided to all participants.

Authorized Amount this Request: $22,350.00

Previously Authorized Amount Year-to-Date: $7,700.00

Total Authorized Amount if Request Approval: $30,050.00
