Title: AC9-Agreement with Discover Palm Beach County, Inc., and ARAMARK, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board approve the Agreement with Discover Palm Beach County, Inc., and ARAMARK, Inc. and sign all the necessary documents.

Description:

• Discover Palm Beach County, Inc. is the managing corporation for the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
• On September 26 and 27, 2006, the School District of Palm Beach County will kick off its Efficacy in the Community Campaign.
• Jeff Howard, President of the Efficacy Institute will present two days of train-the-trainer for 100 community members. (Training, materials, and all licenses are being paid through federal funding.)

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is no more than $10,000 to the Department of Safe Schools/Safe Schools Institute budget.
