Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications the amount of $1,240,172.00 for Description: This project modification contains the following item: § Additional Architectural Services in the amount of $40,172.00. § Description: Provide all necessary labor, materials, bonds and insurance to provide construction documents and specifications for the roofing replacement of the existing building. § Cause: § Justification: The roofing replacement is necessary. However, it was omitted from the original contract scope. § The Estimated Construction Cost is $1.2 Million. Financial Impact: The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $1,240,172.00.
